To schedule an appointment you must make a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in the amount of 20$. This deposit will secure your appointment and also go towards the remaining balance for service. The rest of the payment will be due at the time of your appointment. Once you have made a deposit you will get a confirmation TEXT/EMAIL with the date and time! Please be sure to put the correct information in at the time of booking
If you require a after hours appointment (before 9am or after 7pm) please contact us at (email@example.com) before booking your appointment to acquire confirmation. Please note that a After hour fee in the amount of 20$ will be applied to your total.
Also, NO EXTRA GUEST OR KIDS ALLOWED. If you are more than 15mins late, your appointment will automatically be CANCELLED! Please call ahead to cancel your appointment or to reschedule. There will be no same day reschedules unless agreed upon by the Artist. A confirmation text will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to confirm the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules MUST be made within a 24 hour time frame. Any rescheduled appointments must be rescheduled within 30 days to reframe from paying a new deposit. You can ONLY reschedule once, after that a new deposit is required. You are NOT allowed to do any last minute rescheduling the day of your appointment. We look forward into meeting you Queens!
