Do you offer free shipping?
Not at this time! We offer flat rate shipping to all orders! However, we are always running great promotions that may include free shipping!
What are your flat rate shipping prices?
What is your handling time?
- Shipping should never be a hassle. That is why we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.99.
How long will it take to ship my item?
- We strive to ship out orders the within 2-5 business days after they are received. However, orders placed during holidays or inventory audits may take up to at least two business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday may process the next business day. If you need any item by a particular date or for a special occasion please let us know at checkout or e-mail us so we can ensure your item arrives on time.
Do you provide tracking information for my order?
- Once the order is processed, shipping takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes! You will receive an e-mail once the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an additional e-mail providing you with a tracking number. We will also provide you with a delivery notification. If you would like to check on your package during shipping please use the tracking number from the e-mail.
Does the customer pay for return shipping?
- Yes! We are happy to ship our items across the globe so our LaShae Queens can shine. Depending on your specific country, you may be charged an additional customs fee, which we have NO control over. This is charged directly by the country in which the order is being shipped to.
Do you offer free local pick up?
- Yes! However, we will deduct the standard shipping cost ($8.99) of the mailer and labels from your store credit for your convenience. If you prefer, you may return items on your own and avoid the deduction from your store credit. Please e-mail us to learn more about where and how to send your returns.
I have not received my item(s), what should I do?
- Yes! If you are in the city of Houston or surrounding areas and wish to pick up your order we are happy to accommodate you! The shipping fee will still apply as it is part of processing fee. Just indicate in the comment section of your order you wish to pick up your order! Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation or ID must be present for pickup. Normal pickup times are from Saturday & Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm.
- However, adjustments can be made if you need items sooner. We also accept orders to be placed over the phone. Just call us to place your order and schedule a pick up time.
- Check your tracking number to see the status of your shipment and check your mailbox. Also, look for a notice of attempted delivery in your e-mail or mailbox from the Post Office. Check to see if anyone else has accepted the package. If not, please contact the U.S. Post Office with your tracking number and they will assist you further. LaShae Virgin Hair is NOT responsible for ANY packages that are shown as DELIVERED.
